An LED smart bathroom mirror combines a clear vanity mirror with integrated lighting and practical controls in one wall-mounted product. For homeowners, bathroom designers, hotel buyers and contractors, the main value is a cleaner wall, better task lighting and less disruption from condensation after a shower.

The APEX LED smart bathroom mirror is available with anti-fog heating, touch control, three-color dimmable light and custom sizing. These functions should be selected around the room layout, local electrical requirements and the way the bathroom will be used.

What an LED smart bathroom mirror includes

A project specification can combine several functions instead of treating the mirror and light as separate products:

  • Integrated perimeter LED lighting
  • Anti-fog or demister heating zone
  • Touch controls on the mirror surface
  • Warm, neutral and cool light settings
  • Dimmable brightness for different routines
  • Custom width and height for the vanity wall

Confirm the exact control layout, voltage and accessory specification on the approved order drawing. A smart mirror should be treated as part of the complete bathroom electrical and wall-finish package.

Anti-fog mirror performance

Hot showers raise the humidity in a bathroom. When warm moisture reaches cooler glass, condensation can obscure the reflection. An anti-fog pad warms a defined area behind the mirror so that section remains clearer during and after shower use.

The demister does not need to heat the complete wall. Its position should cover the useful viewing area around the face and upper body. For a very wide custom mirror, discuss whether one or more heating zones are required and how they will be controlled.

Three-color dimmable LED lighting

Three selectable color temperatures make one mirror useful at different times of day. Warm light creates a comfortable evening atmosphere, neutral light works well for daily grooming, and cool light can provide a brighter, crisper appearance.

Dimming is equally important. Maximum brightness is not always comfortable in a compact bathroom at night. A touch dimmer allows the user to reduce the output without adding a separate wall control. When color consistency matters across several rooms, approve one production sample before the full order.

Touch control planning

Touch icons keep the mirror face visually clean and make the main functions easy to reach. Common controls include light power, brightness or color selection, and anti-fog operation. The icon position should remain accessible above the basin and should not conflict with faucets, shelves or a raised backsplash.

For hotel and multi-unit projects, a consistent control position makes operation more intuitive from room to room. The electrical brief should also state whether memory behavior or a separate wall switch is required.

Custom mirror size and proportion

A custom-size LED mirror can align with a single vanity, double vanity or full wall panel. The width is usually coordinated with the cabinet, basin centers, wall returns and nearby lighting. Height depends on the ceiling, faucet, backsplash and expected user range.

Provide the finished wall width and height, vanity width, countertop height, faucet height and intended mirror centerline. Mark the cable outlet on the wall elevation. Rounded corners need an agreed radius because the radius changes the character of the mirror and the available reflective area.

Wall-mounted installation requirements

The wall must be flat, dry and capable of supporting the mirror. The installer should confirm the mounting system, cable position and service access before tile or stone work is completed. Leave the required clearance behind the mirror for the LED light to spread evenly.

Electrical work should follow the destination market’s bathroom-zone and protection requirements. Confirm voltage, plug or hardwired connection, driver location and switching method before production.

How to specify the mirror for a quote

Send the mirror width and height, corner shape, preferred light colors, anti-fog requirement, control functions, voltage, quantity and delivery country. Include a vanity elevation or clear wall photograph. For a project order, identify the room types and quantity required for each size.

LED smart bathroom mirror FAQ

Can the mirror be made to a custom size?

Yes. Width and height can be coordinated with the vanity and wall after the installation conditions are reviewed.

Can warm, neutral and cool light be selected on one mirror?

Yes. A three-color LED specification allows the user to change the light appearance, while dimming adjusts brightness.

Does the anti-fog function clear the complete mirror?

The clear area depends on the size and position of the heating pad. Confirm the required demister coverage for the selected mirror dimensions.
